General Terms of Service
Note: There are seperate Commission specific ToS on my commissions page that should be read prior to commissioning me!
These Terms apply to any and all pieces of my work.
This includes art that any client commissions from me, and such ToS apply regardless of the method you use to contact and/or to commission me. It is your responsibility to review these Terms before commissioning me.
I may discontinue, modify, and remove any parts of these Terms at any time. (Clients who are waiting on a commission at the time of an edit in the ToS will be informed.)
Any unauthorized use of my art is forbidden, including commercial use, tracing, reposting (posting my art on your own site or account without credit, and/or claiming it as your work) and editing.
Only my clients may use any art they have personally commissioned from me, and only for personal use. If you are unsure what that includes, feel free to ask me!
If you didn't commission it, any commercial or personal use of my art is forbidden.
You may display any work you have commissioned from me on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and/or linked back to me. (Any of my socials or this site is ok!)
You may not claim my work as your own.
Commissions may take up to 3 months depending on my workload. Please be aware of this when asking for a commission. (Any clients affected by commissions taking longer than the specified period will be contacted prior to the delay to the best of my ability.)
If there is a set deadline that you must meet, make sure to clarify this in the order so I can confirm whether I can meet it.
Responses to emails may take up to 1 or 2 working days. Please understand that enquiries made during the weekend cannot be answered immediately.
Blacklistable Offenses
Breaching any of my General ToS and/or Commission ToS.
Tracing/stealing/egregiously copying my art for extended periods of time.
Attempting to find and breach loopholes in my General and/or Commission ToS.
Any and all use of my art for machine learning or any other derived technologies is expressly forbidden.
If it is found that you have used my art for such purposes please be warned that you will be blacklisted permanently.
